Further to the alleged rape issue of MLA Monseratte, let me say something that I observed from different angle.
It is admiring that during this hour of crisis, his wife stood by him solidly just like Narvenkar's wife did during the Sunita-Narvenkar issue and Hillary Clinton did when her husband Bill Clinton was involved with Monica Lewensky.
It is wrong to accuse Monserrate right now when the official level inquiry is still going on but one thing is certain that many of our Goan politicians by making use of their official status and enormous amount of illicit wealth are rampantly involved in illicit sex. They not only ask for sex in exchange of official work but demand sex as if it is their birth right to have it. In the coming election, the voters must make a point to raise this issue during the electioneering process.
It is surprising that the moment a person gets elected, the first thing he does is to go for illicit sex and poor ladies having no option surrender. Many of the performers and promoters of illicit sex in Goa are some of the defeated candidates who are suffering now the punishment of God. Voters must defeat them if they re-contest the coming election, to avoid making Goa a big brothel.
It is very degrading for any man to force sex on any women but in Goa many of the politicians from Panchayat level to State Assembly level are rampantly involved in this illicit sex rackets. These politicians are coming from a very low and disgraceful family background, without proper parentage and because of this disgraceful background they perform such disgraceful acts. Their forte lies in their political power which is become very powerful. For such criminals voters must vote them out in the coming election because out of power they are like fish out of water.
