Is everything going ok in Goa with regards to the formation of the Ministry and the other aspects because I think important work is kept pending since the last 3 months when somewhere in January this year as per the system, the Code of Conduct was introduced. Is it allowed to delay for such a long time now after the results of the election was already declared? People in general and BJP's in particular are eagerly awaiting the formation of ministry. They too are fed-up of waiting for such a long period. Is this such a long delay in the formation of delay is constitutionally permissible? Or Governor who is the symphatiser of BJP is playing the dirty trick of using the delay to mame this delaying tactics work for the benefit of BJP? If this delaying tackitcs are unconstitutional then Governor should be heavily reprimanded. This can be a one more reason to facilitate the BJP to bring Goa under its total control. There is a saying in Konkani thhat says "Raza Podon mhontlear Mort marler zata?" In other words just because BJP has got powerful influence can they do n
