EYEWITNESS TO TIATRO "AKANTVADI GOEANT NAKA"
Seen above is Tausif de Navelim.
Bravo Tousif de Navelim for your excellent Tiatro you staged on 17th of this month at Kala Academy, Panaji, starting exactly at scheduled time 10.30 AM. This Tiatro was attended almost by 900 attendees and it was a total success both as attendance wise as well as performance wise. Thru this Tiatro you spread the message of love, peace and brotherhood.
Seen above is the language of Sword in the name of religion
Somewhere in 1957, Alexinho de Candolim went to Bombay to stage his well-known Tiatro “To Bavtto Dhormancho”. All the arrangements have been done but suddenly on the eve of the staging of this Tiatro at Bhangwaddy Hall, the news of Alexinho de Candolim’s imminent arrest just before the start of the Tiatro was leaked out, on the grounds that this Tiatro was in support of Portuguese “Bavtto”. The nationalists based in Bombay like Evargio Jorge and others were on forefront to get Alexinho de Candolim arrested without knowing the contents of this Tiatro but only on assumption that this Tiatro was based on Portuguese Bavtto. Having no choice, Alexinho de Candolim evading arrest, on the eve of this Tiatro at night time, fled from Bombay on way to Goa. This Tiatro’s story was actually based on our Christian religion and not on politics. But the idiot nationalists unnecessarily wanted to put Alexinho de Candolim into problem.

Similarly, the Hindu fanatics from Karnataka in collaboration with some Goan Hindu fanatics on wrong assumption that the Tiatro “Akantvadi Goeant Nakam” is based on their leader Muthalik, wanted to stop staging this Tiatro in Goa starting from the scheduled first show at Margao. It was wrong on their part to assume without seeing this Tiatro that it was directly directed against Muthalik and his pro-Hindu organization. Muthalik and Hindus like him are afraid that their Hinduism may weaken in Goa and to protect it from getting it into weakened they are making desperate attempts to frighten others. In fact, Hinduism is a very powerful religion and nobody can shake it especially in Goa.

Why Muthalik only, even the father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi himself showed his concern for the survival of Hinduism in India when he said and as quoted by the late Zulficar Ali Bhutto in his masterpiece “If I Am Assassinated” that “If Islam and Christianity are uprooted from India it will still flourish elsewhere in the world but if Hinduism is uprooted from India, it will disappear from this planet. Hence, the need to protect Hinduism in India”. But by what means? Thru Swords and violence? Violence is against Hinduism because the core of Hinduism is Non-Violence and those who suggest the means of violence to protect Hinduism are doing injustice to the great religion Hinduism. And by the way, secondly, who the hell are these non-Goans to control us Goans? What right these outsiders got to dictate us what to do and what not to do? They and for that matter none from outside Goa has authority to dictate us anything. We know what is good and what is bad for us.
To be concluded.
